Refund Policy:

Any Merchandise purchased from Cactus Uniform Co, Inc. is fully returnable as long as it is still in the original packaging and in unused condition. All returns must clearly show our(RA)Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without an RA
Number. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee is applicable on any order canceled after an order has been processed through the credit card processing system and not due to an error on the part of Cactus Uniform Co, Inc.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All return items must arrive with shipping pre-paid. No COD packages. Any discrepancy MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS of receipt of your order. Any UNAUTHORIZED merchandise included with an (RA ) will be denied credit.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS:If you have decided to return an item purchased from us within the past 10 days you must do the following: Contact us by email at
cactusuniform@msn.com, or call 520-770-0764. Please include your full name and invoice number along with which item is being returned and for what reason. Please include your current address, and contact number.
We will email you within 5 BUSINESS DAYS with your (RA) Return Authorization Number. You will then repackage the item making sure to clearly write the (RA) Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

or to another address that we may instruct you to ship the returned item to. Once the item has been received, we will credit the full amount of the item minus the 20% restocking fee, and any shipping charges. All products returned must be sent via UPS. Clothging Items must not have been worn or washed. Have all original product tags attached, and not altered in any way. Footwear, must not have been worn, must have all original paperwork and wrappers, and must be in original undamaged manufacturers box, and MUST be shipped inside a protective box in order to protect the original manufacturers box. Footwear that show sign of wear or polish are not returnable and will not be accepted.
If footwear that is returned for credit is not in a returnable condition deamed such by the manufacturer of the footwear, the return and credit will be denied, and the product will be returned to the customer with additional shipping charges charged to the customer for the return. |
